How to Prepare?
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp Cloves
- ½ tsp Black Pepper(grouded)
- ½ tsp Cardamom (grounded)
- ½ tsp Nutmeg (grounded)
- 1 inch Ginger
- 3 sticks Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Black Tea Leaves
- 1.5 cup water
Cooking Instructions:
- On a medium heat, combine all ingredients and roast for 5 minutes.
- Stir continuously.
- Remove from heat.
- In a grinder, grind the masala and store in an air-tight container.
- In a hot water, add 2 tsp of masala and sim for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
