Sattu Laddoo
Instructions:
1. Roasting the Flour
- In a pan, mix sattu flour and ghee.
- Stir continuously until properly cooked and aromatic.
2. Preparing the Sweet Base
- Simultaneously, melt jaggery in milk.
3. Combining Ingredients
- Add roasted nuts to the flour mixture.
- Pour in the jaggery milk and stir continuously.
4. Shaping the Laddoos
- Let the mixture cool to a lukewarm temperature.
- Shape into small laddoos and set aside.
