Notes/ Precautions

Squeeze Excess Water: Ensure you remove excess water from the grated lauki and onion before adding them to the dough to prevent it from becoming too sticky.

Proper Steaming: Do not over-steam the muthia, as they may turn too soft and break during tempering.

Shaping Tip: Grease your hands with oil before shaping the dough to prevent it from sticking. Crispy Texture: For a crispier texture, sauté the muthia on low-medium heat until golden brown.
