Instructions:

1. Prepare the Eggplant

3. Cool & Peel
Remove from the oven and let it cool. Once cooled, peel off the skin and discard it.

4. Blend the Ingredients
Mash the eggplant in a bowl until pulpy. Blend it with garlic, lemon juice, sesame seeds, and salt until smooth.

5. Serve
Enjoy as a dip with pita, veggies, or crackers!
