Crunchy Asparagus
Instructions:
1. Boil the Asparagus
- In a pan, bring water to a boil and add asparagus.
- Boil for 5 minutes until slightly tender, then drain.
2. Sauté the Mix
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add boiled asparagus and grated tofu.
- Sauté for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
3. Season and Serve
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mixture.
- Toss well and serve hot.
