Instructions:

1. Boil the Asparagus

  • In a pan, bring water to a boil and add asparagus.
  • Boil for 5 minutes until slightly tender, then drain.

2. Sauté the Mix

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add boiled asparagus and grated tofu.
  • Sauté for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden and crisp.

3. Season and Serve

  • Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mixture.
  • Toss well and serve hot.

Special Comments
