Tomato Ginger Soup

Instructions:

1. Sauté the Aromatics

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and black pepper until fragrant.

2. Cook the Tomatoes

Add the tomato puree and cook well, stirring occasionally.

3. Infuse with Fennel

Tie fennel seeds in a muslin cloth, place it in the pan, and cover. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add Liquid

Pour in the water and season with salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Blend and Serve 

Remove the fennel bag, blend the soup until smooth, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot.
