Sattu and Green Peas Soup
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pea Puree
- Blend the semi-boiled green peas into a smooth puree and set aside.
2. Sauté the Aromatics
- Heat a pan on medium flame and add white butter.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.

- In a separate bowl, dissolve the sattu flour in 2 cups of water, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Pour the sattu mixture into the pan and stir continuously.
4. Season and Simmer
- Add black pepper powder, salt, and mix everything well.
- Let the soup simmer for 5–7 minutes on medium flame, stirring occasionally.
5. Final Touch
- Just before serving, add fresh lime juice for a tangy kick.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
