Tofu Tikka
Instructions:
1. Prepare Marinade:
In a bowl, mix hung curd with all the spices, salt, and Bengal gram flour.
2. Coat Ingredients:
Add onion petals, capsicum, bell peppers, and tofu cubes.
Drizzle 1 tsp of olive oil and mix gently until evenly coated.
3. Marinate:
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Skewer & Cook:
Insert marinated tofu and vegetables onto wooden skewers.
Roast on a hot tawa or in a tandoor until golden brown.
5. Serve:
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve hot.
