Instructions:

  • Roast the ridge gourd peels in a little peanut oil until slightly crisp.
  • In a grinder, add the roasted peels, red chilli powder, jaggery powder, cumin seeds, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, onion, and water.
  • Blend everything into a smooth paste.
  • Transfer to a clean glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
  • Serve with chapati, rice, dosa, or as a spread for sandwiches. Enjoy!
