Instructions:

1. Prepare the Tempering

  • Heat coconut oil in a small pan over medium flame.
  • Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add urad dal and fry until golden brown.
  • Add green chillies & curry leaves, stir for a few seconds, then turn off the heat.

2. Assemble the Kosambari

  • In a mixing bowl, combine grated radish, pink salt, and lemon juice.
  • Add the tempering and mix well.
  • Garnish with grated coconut & chopped coriander leaves.

3. Serve

  • Serve fresh as a side dish with South Indian meals or enjoy it as a light, healthy salad.
