Instructions:

- In a bowl, mix oats bran, besan, ajwain, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough.
2. Rest the Dough
- Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
3. Roll the Chapati
- Knead once more, then roll out the dough using dry flour to prevent sticking.
4. Cook and Serve
- Cook the chapati on a hot tawa until golden brown on both sides.
- Apply ghee before serving.
