Instructions:
Cook the Dal and Nutri Nuggets:

- In a pressure cooker, add soaked nutri nuggets, moong dal, turmeric, salt, and water.
- Pressure cook for about 10 minutes or until the dal turns soft and the nutri nuggets are well-cooked.
Prepare the Baghar (Tempering):

- Heat ghee in a small pan.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Mix in chopped tomatoes, red chili powder (if using), coriander powder, and garam masala. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Combine & Serve:

- Pour the prepared baghar into the cooked dal and nutri nuggets.
- Stir well and let it simmer for a minute.
- Serve hot with rice or chapati.
