Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine bajra flour, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.

2. Rest the Dough
Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes to absorb moisture and soften.

3. Roll the Chapati
Knead the dough once more. Using dry bajra flour for dusting, flatten and gently roll the dough into a small chapati.

4. Cook the Chapati
Heat a tawa or skillet and cook the chapati on both sides until brown spots appear. Apply ghee on top before serving.
