Potato Peel Chips

Notes/ Precautions
Clean Peels Properly: Ensure the potato peels are washed thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticide residue before use.
Choose the Right Oil: Ghee enhances the flavor, but for a lighter version, use cold-pressed mustard or coconut oil.
Avoid Overcrowding While Frying: Fry in small batches to ensure even crispiness. Overcrowding may result in soggy chips.
Spice Variations: Experiment with chaat masala, garlic powder, or roasted cumin powder for different flavor profiles.
