Instructions:
1. Cook the Beetroots
Pressure cook the beetroots for 4 whistles.
2. Blend into a Smooth Puree
Once cooled, blend the cooked beetroots with water until smooth.
3. Heat the Butter
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring continuously.
4. Cook the Soup
Add the beetroot puree, garlic paste, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve
Pour into bowls and serve hot.
