Instructions:

1. Reduce the Milk

  • In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil.
  • Lower the flame and simmer until the milk reduces to 70% of its original volume, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

2. Add Flavor & Nuts

  • Add honey, elaichi powder, saffron strands, chopped almonds, and cashews.
  • Mix well and continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes until everything blends smoothly.

3. Cool & Freeze

  • Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  • Pour into kulfi molds or popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours or until fully set.

4. Serve

  • Demold by running the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
  • Enjoy this refreshing, healthy, and homemade Kesar Kulfi!

Notes/ Precautions
