Cabbage Almonds Kheer
Instructions:
1. Prepare Cabbage
Shred the cabbage finely.
2. Cook the Kheer
In a deep pan, cook the cabbage and milk together on a slow flame. Stir occasionally to ensure the milk doesn't stick to the pan.
3. Thicken the Milk
Continue cooking until the milk thickens and becomes creamy.
4. Add Jaggery & Stir
Switch off the gas. Add the crushed jaggery and mix well while stirring continuously until it's fully dissolved.
5. Flavor the Kheer
Add the powdered cardamom and crushed almonds. Stir to combine.
6. Serve
Serve hot or chilled, depending on your preference.
