Apple Peel Jelly
Instructions:
1. Blend the Peels
In a blender, add the apple peels and 1 cup of water.
Blend until it forms a smooth paste.
2. Cook the Mixture
Transfer the paste to a pan and cook on medium heat until it turns mushy and thick.
3. Sweeten the Jelly
Add mishri and stir continuously until it melts and integrates fully into the mixture.
4. Add Lemon Juice
Turn off the heat and mix in the lemon juice. Stir well.
5. Cool and Store
Let it cool completely.
Store in a clean glass container in the refrigerator.
